GWIC provided construction supervision for the fit-out works of the new PWC office in Torre X, Luanda, covering approximately 790 m² on the 10th floor. Key aspects of our supervision included quality, environmental, and safety control; cost and document management; schedule and planning oversight; progress updates; logistical and site interface management; archive organization; and works closure management. Our goal was to ensure the successful and efficient implementation of the project, meeting PWC’s specifications and delivering a high-quality office space.
