The project comprises 14,280 m\u00b2 of gross construction area, distributed across 8 buildings with a total of 152 residential units.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"435\" data-end=\"818\">The housing development will be built on a vacant plot, which will be fully serviced with water supply, wastewater, electricity, and telecommunications networks. The buildings will be constructed using reinforced concrete structures. A road network will also be developed to connect the housing complex to the surrounding areas, providing generous parking facilities.<\/p>\r\n<strong data-start=\"26\" data-end=\"43\">Architecture:<\/strong> Arch.
