This project involves creating a sleek, new structure on a 2,750 m\u00b2 plot, including 1,915 m\u00b2 of public space. The building will feature a ground floor dedicated to commercial use, with three upper floors reserved for residential apartments. After the demolition of the existing building, only the iconic main fa\u00e7ade facing Rua de Pedrou\u00e7os will be preserved, blending heritage with modern design.
