Este proyecto se centr\u00f3 en rehabilitar y desarrollar sistemas de riego para peque\u00f1os agricultores, empoderando aproximadamente a 30 operaciones agr\u00edcolas en un \u00e1rea total de 1,000 hect\u00e1reas, beneficiando directamente a unos 2,000 agricultores. Abarcando las provincias de Bi\u00e9, Huambo y Malanje, el papel de GWIC incluy\u00f3 todo, desde evaluaciones iniciales y dise\u00f1o detallado hasta la supervisi\u00f3n de la construcci\u00f3n.
