Construido en 2015, este edificio de 19 pisos, con 2 s\u00f3tanos y 120 apartamentos, requer\u00eda un proceso de inspecci\u00f3n y certificaci\u00f3n exhaustivo para identificar no conformidades y evaluar la integridad del sistema de falsos techos. GWIC proporcion\u00f3 recomendaciones expertas para las correcciones y reparaciones necesarias para garantizar la calidad del edificio.
