GWIC played a pivotal role in the engineering design of the Palácio Príncipe Real, a distinguished luxury hotel situated in Lisbon’s prestigious Príncipe Real district. Covering a total area of 1,990 m² (632 m² covered and 1,367 m² uncovered), the hotel boasts a unique blend of classic and contemporary elegance. With 27 exquisitely designed double rooms, including one adapted for guests with reduced mobility, the hotel spans multiple levels, from a basement for service areas to a stunning mansard attic. The luxurious setting is complemented by an expansive garden, a heated pool, and wellness rooms, offering guests an unparalleled experience of comfort and sophistication.
