GWIC successfully provided Technical Due Diligence Services and Engineering Design for the Eco-Industrial Park Azambuja (EIPA I & II) project, a key logistical complex in Portugal. Our services included a comprehensive assessment of fire-fighting technical installations across two buildings, spanning approximately 11,000 m². Following an in-depth survey, we prepared detailed technical specifications for the necessary corrections and replacements, ensuring full compliance with regulatory conditions and enhancing the safety of the logistics platform.
