GWIC prepared the engineering design projects for FOCUS GROUP, the winner of the Public Design Competition for the development of the “Eixo Norte/Sul” Housing Development, promoted by the Loures Municipal Council. The project comprises 14,280 m² of gross construction area, distributed across 8 buildings with a total of 152 residential units.

The housing development will be built on a vacant plot, which will be fully serviced with water supply, wastewater, electricity, and telecommunications networks. The buildings will be constructed using reinforced concrete structures. A road network will also be developed to connect the housing complex to the surrounding areas, providing generous parking facilities.
