GWIC provided expert Construction Supervision for the extensive refurbishment of Seomara da Costa Primo School, originally built in the 1980s. Spread over a 26,525 m² plot, the school consists of nine pavilion-style structures, including a gymnasium, with a pre-intervention gross area of 5,697 m². This project marked the first significant intervention since the school’s initial construction. GWIC diligently oversaw the refurbishment process, ensuring that both the renovations and new additions met the highest quality, safety, and educational standards, breathing new life into this essential learning environment.
