GWIC was responsible for the Design and Project Management of the rehabilitation of a two-story house in the Vilas do Atlântico Condominium, located in the Talatona neighborhood. The project, encompassing a total area of 225 square meters, included the design of a wooden pergola for two parking spaces, interior remodeling, and a poolside dining area. Our comprehensive services included a site survey, project design, measurements, and the preparation of a detailed specification document for the villa’s renovation. The project reflects our commitment to thorough and meticulous design, ensuring every detail was considered.
