GWIC engineering the future

Building on Rua de Pedrouços

GWIC oversaw the design and construction of a modern mixed-use building on Rua de Pedrouços, Lisbon. This project involves creating a sleek, new structure on a 2,750 m² plot, including 1,915 m² of public space. The building will feature a ground floor dedicated to commercial use, with three upper floors reserved for residential apartments. After the demolition of the existing building, only the iconic main façade facing Rua de Pedrouços will be preserved, blending heritage with modern design. This redevelopment project exemplifies GWIC’s ability to seamlessly integrate functionality and aesthetics.
